Newtown Bee:
On Tuesday, December 4th, a team from Media Associates headed to Amos House in Danbury.  Amos House, a transitional living facility, serves the greater Danbury area, offering homeless women and their children the opportunity to map out a clear path to independent living. Not only is it a safe place to live, but it provides programming focused on life skills, counseling and more. With 14 bedrooms, a common kitchen, baths and a communal living area, Amos House currently has almost 20 residents. And like most homes, it was in need of an annual deep cleaning.

Eight Media Associates employees came to the rescue; shampooing carpets, scrubbing floors, painting, reorganizing, landscaping and generally spiffing the place up. And all at Amos House were deeply grateful for the help.
